Turnkey, or just the controls.

We can handle all of it: the lighting design, the fixtures, and the controls and programming. Or we work with your lighting designer or architect and handle only the controls. Either way, we ask for a say in the fixtures, so every light can be controlled and dimmed properly. We’ll work with you on what fits the project.

What we design.

Scenes. One press for dinner, movie night or goodnight, from a keypad, a touch panel or a schedule.

Tunable and color light. Ketra lighting with tunable white and color options.

Fixtures. From Rania, DMF and WAC Lighting, chosen to work with the controls.

Controls. Lutron and Crestron lighting control, with keypads that can be engraved or finished to match the wall.

LED design. LED tape lighting for architectural details.

Planned early, or added anytime.

Panelized lighting, where the dimming is handled in a central panel, is planned early with your builder and architect. Controllable dimmers are different: they can replace regular light switches anytime, and we can replace an ugly bank of switches with controllable dimmers. We visit, see what’s there, and make a plan.

Do you design the lighting, or only install the controls?

Both. We can provide the lighting design, the fixtures, and the controls and programming. Or someone else designs and supplies the fixtures, and we handle only the control. We just ask for a say in the fixtures, so every light can be controlled and dimmed.

Why do some LED lights flicker when they dim?

Usually because the fixture and the dimmer weren’t chosen to work together. That’s why we ask for a say in fixture choices, so every light dims smoothly.
