New Neighbors at the Design Center: XSpace and RAFA Racing Club

We just celebrated our own grand opening at the Houston Design Center in May 2026, and we have already loved every bit of the community here. So when we saw the construction going up right across the parking lot, we got excited for a different reason. XSpace Group is building XSpace Houston for exactly the kind of client we love working with.

XSpace, breaking ground earlier this year at 7022 Old Katy Road, is not another round of homes. It is luxury retail space, garage suites for serious car collections, private wine storage, game rooms, and movie rooms, the kind of space built for people who take their hobbies as seriously as their homes. XSpace has also partnered with RAFA Racing Club, bringing even more energy for car enthusiasts to the block, and recently announced SERHANT as its real estate partner for the project, with Eric and Erika Nelson of Nelson Co. Group leading that relationship in Houston.
